They barely climbed, but they did have a single twirl around their centre pole so I&#8217;m listing them as a semi runner rather than a bush, but the habit was closer to a bush for me than the usual twining semi-runner. Seeds are pure white, very shiny, medium sized and roundish. Given my small sample I didn&#8217;t dare try them fresh yet, so I can&#8217;t speak to their usage outside of use as a dry bean for now &#8211; but I suspect they may be a green snap bean. A variety that is truly teetering on the brink. If you&#8217;re interested in helping to resuscitate this seed variety I can send 20 seeds, fresh from the 2023 season. It's an old Australian variety. I received 5 seeds, and grew 4 plants. Luck was with me, because the beans performed extremely well and I was able to get a very good crop from my small number of plants. They barely climbed, but they did have a single twirl around their centre pole so I'm listing them as a semi runner rather than a bush, but the habit was closer to a bush for me than the usual twining semi-runner. Seeds are pure white, very shiny, medium sized and roundish. Given my small sample I didn't dare try them fresh yet, so I can't speak to their usage outside of use as a dry bean for now - but I suspect they may be a green snap bean. A variety that is truly teetering on the brink. If you're interested in helping to resuscitate this seed variety I can send 20 seeds, fresh from the 2023 season.
