These lovely lemon yellow wax beans are excellent for eating as snaps, but can also be used as a dry bean. Very nice production, one of the better yellow varieties I've tried. Early to mature. Rare. 2023 seed. A fabulous Canadian heirloom from Quebec, with a wonderful story much like the legendary 'Monstrance' bean.
