Robert Simonet of Edmonton, Alberta.\u00a0 It was selected for the shorter, cooler summers of the prairies.\u00a0 It is known for a remarkable resistance to rotting in cold soil.\u00a0 Cobs are lower on the plants, and grow one or even two cobs per stalk depending on soil fertility.\u00a0 Sweet, yellow cobs are about 7 inches long and were ready end of July\/ beginning of August, though of course this is dependent on summer weather.\u00a0 Plants are not super tall, about 5 feet.\u00a0 Very nice corn, best flavor when picked and cooked right away.\u00a0 Really nice
