of vegetables that did well in her Manitoba climate and \u2018Red Belgium\u2019 was one of those.\u00a0 Typically one of the earliest to mature in my summers, the fruits are sweet, delicious and abundant.\u00a0 Fruits are slightly conical shaped with thick walls.\u00a0 Really fabulous production, with a tolerance for less than ideal weather &#8211; it was in fact bred for the cooler, damp summers of northern Europe.\u00a0 This pepper was selected and developed by Belgian and Dutch small farmers and market growers.\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent variety for the
