These are little peppers, which are perfectly sweet though they may not look like it. At first I didn\u2019t think this was a super practical size, but over the summer I realized that for an omelet, a bowl of guac, a plate of nachos, or some smaller dish these fit the bill rather well. I\u2019d otherwise cut open a larger pepper and then have to wrap it because I didn\u2019t need the entire thing. So, a small pepper for small dishes. Yields were pretty incredible in the ground out in the open.
