A special runner I received from a seed saver on SSE.\u00a0 This is a white version of the Insuk’s Wang Kong runner bean. After growing Insuk’s for several years, he selected toward the white flowers only. Five generations later, the plants produce white flowers and white beans with brown flecks consistently. He named the bean after his wife who collects beans for him from various countries. \u00a0 Such a productive runner bean, and it can be eaten at every stage of development.\u00a0 Given that runner beans in Canada are not very diverse, it\u2019s nice to have such a unique and pretty variety.\u00a0 Seeds are very large, 8 per pack.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
