A special tomato I received from my friend Mandy, who once offered rare short season tomatoes through her wonderful website \u2018Mandy’s Greenhouse\u2019.\u00a0 This is a shockingly productive tomato, one of the highest yielders of the 2025 season.\u00a0 The color shifts a little as the season goes on from a more trad red to a somewhat earthy red.\u00a0 This tomato will also last off the vine for quite a long time too, and clearly not as prone to perishing as some others.\u00a0 Mandy had these classified as cooking tomatoes, and that fits, but they were also juicy enough to be cut up for the salads.\u00a0 Really excellent and uncommon tomato variety.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
